Yes Papillons come in sable. If you look at the poodle web site the parti puppies look remarkably like curly coated cavalier pups. I am not entirley familiar with coat genetics but I imagine it woul dbe possible to get sable when breeding parti cavaliers to solid or parti poodles depending on what colors are used.
