Hi, Jo Ann,
I love my pavers out back. We put them in as if they were brick
(though they are cement) and while they do need to be reset once in a
while, they hose down well, take bleach without harm, and never get
slippery even when very wet. One can shovel snow off of them if they
are laid evenly. The dogs nails are kept relatively well running on
them and while they can get warm in summer, I have a kennel deck that
allows them to get off of it in the shade if they wish.
I still prefer ceramic tile to any other indoor flooring. Just don't
drop a plate.....
Best,
Suze
