I'd opt for a nice, rough textured ceramic tile I think - something you
could hose off, mop, sweep with a broom - whatever was indicated based
on what the mess was <grin> - and it comes in MANY colors / textures /
designs + holds up well on outdoor porches (I think)   If your sub floor
isn't adequate to lay it on, they can install a sheet of something that
is adequate & then lay the tile on that - might raise the floor
slightly, but not much -
