The gel caps (with flaxseed oil, I believe) are considered better than the power capsules; however these are a bit more expensive. Hint: if you are providing an "oil" supplement (such as flaxseed oil, wild salmon oil, Udo's Oil) at the same time as the CoQ10, then the powered capsule form is equally as effective.
