Sheila, I give 30 mg. Co-Q10 gelcap to Madeleine daily. I also give her 1 fish oil cap and 200 iu vitamin E (natural). I have done this since she was about two years old. She does not have a murmur. I also gave the same supplements to Dinah and Savannah. I am debating about whether or not to start Nick (1 year old Japanese Chin) on the same supplements. Right now I'm just giving him 1 3V gelcap daily. I just put the supplements on top of their food, and they are very eager to eat them! I order these from www.puritanspride.com.
