Hi Denise, Dr. Lesser is my cardiologist and what he told you is precisely what he told me about using CoQ10. He said the same about vitamin E (which I stongly feel should be NATURAL as this is one case where the natural form and the synthetic are chemically different). I'm glad that you mention that you now make it a practice to give CoQ10 it to your oldies. I plan to follow your lead as far as this is concerned.
