Sharona, The coQ10 that I am using is a 30 mg. caspsule (MRM brand) that I purchase from Mother's Market which is a healthfood/vitamin store. I merely push one down Brittany's throat prior to feeding her her dinner. The natural vitamin E capsule (400 iu) I just mix into her food (I feed a natural, mostly raw diet). So far, so good, as Brittany's murmur has had no significant progression. She has another appointment scheduled with the cardiologist in mid October. I will post an update on her condition afterward --- until then I will keep my fingers crossed :) The supplements may or not be helping her, however, I am confident that they are not harming her and she adores the extra attention.
