Hi Roxy
Sevoflurane is what my vet uses regularly now and all mine (knock on wood)
have come through surgeries great (spays and teeth cleaning). It is a lot
more expensive - the last spay I had it was $120 (I think) for the anesthetic
alone. But all the dogs have been very alert quickly after this anesthetic
and have had no side effects at all. Before surgery - you have to fill out a
form as to whether you want iso or sevo and he states the price approx
difference between the two.
