Hi Joanne,
The type of chicken meat was not specified. This said, I personally rotate
my raw foods and I feed chicken meat either as muscle meat and organ meat
combined, or organ meat as a raw add in (to Canidae) or as an entire meal of
chicken necks which includes bone. To me the biggest difference between
fresh raw meat (in this case Blue Jay) and the 'cooked chicken', that Kris
spoke of, is the destruction of the enzymes and antioxidants and the
damaging of amino acids, vitamins and minerals.some of the nutrients. For
me, this comes before balance which can be done over time by rotating (I
don't believe that each and every meal needs to be perfectly balanced).

All the best,
Susan V.
