I can tell you right now I get really PO'ed when adults come to my home
and bark at my dogs. I tell them the dogs  know how to bark show  them
that you are more intelligent than that because you don't speak their
language. I strongly discourage recreational barking so for a person to
bark at the dogs is very annoying and does not teach the dogs anything
useful.
