I have read several of your responses and I guess I did not make myself as clear as I should have. My main problem was with the barking at them. They were playing and barking at one another and he got down on the floor and barked at them. They were startled and stopped their play, though in a few seconds did walk over to see what was going on.....but I feel it is a very threatening and challenging thing to BARK at a puppy. A few of my older dogs ran over, startled as well, and barked at him. I did not find it a "playful" act, although it was most definitely meant to be. It teaches them to be gentil with you even if you are really big. >
