Banning bait is just plain stupid. It makes no sense
whatsoever.
Double handling is correctly illegal and a reason for
disqualification. It is used in part with breeds in
which the dog has to put the ears up for the judge.
The owner outside the ring baits the dog or gives some
other jesture to get the dogs ears up.
