You have a great point here. Promoting Linux should have elements of
honour, style, grace, and intelligence. I am reminded of the cola wars.
Pepsi seems to always promote its brand by some how cutting down Coca
Cola. Maybe that's the strange after taste Coca Cola drinkers have after
drinking Pepsi.

For the sake of promoting Linux in a positive way, it is possible to
start a pitch with some good things to say about Windows and
quickly follow with: Linux can do that too and a lot more... for example.

A good and thoughtful thought when promoting Linux to new users. At least
the new user will learn, from the start, that Linux users also are
appreciating and respecting them, rather than not at all. It's a touchy
issue (no pun intended), but I think it's a good idea to avoid potential
problems that "naked chix" may bring when promoting Linux to new users.

Let's focus on positive ideas related to computer education, open source
philosophy, having fun and talking more about the benefits of Linux and as
little as possible about Windows.
