(clug-talk) Real Player not working right..

Hi,
When I open Real Player8 up, it immediately pops up a windown stating that it "Cannot open the device. Another application may be using it"
When I click on the "More Info" button it just exits from the warning screen. I am fairly new with linux, and not sure what information you may need to troubleshoot with.

The version of R/P is 8.0.3.421 running under the standard version KDE (2.? I think) that comes with Mandrake 8.2.
I have no problems with xmms or mplayer or the regular systems sounds. I have looked for information on this and am having a tough time finding anything.
