Hey John, As Mahlah said, maybe having someone else do a presentation that has already been done might be beneficial for a different perspective or to extend what has come before.
This is not to say that you, yourself could not do this. I would certainly welcome a repeat of your Kylix 'prezzy'. Again, to reiterate, there is nothing stopping you from doing this if you want to. If you feel there will be enough interest (and I think there will be). There is nobody scheduling presentations except the presenter. I am trying to help the whole process along because I am an advocate but I will say for the record that I am not the guy making decisions about this. It is completely voluntary and up to the whim and will of the group. All I am after is 12 (okay 11 now) presentations in a year. Which brings me to my next topic... Workshops. ----- Original Message ----- From: "John Hall" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Monday, January 20, 2003 3:35 PM Subject: Re: (clug-talk) Technology Presentations > At 13:55 2003-01-20 -0700, you wrote: > >Hey Gang, > > > >... we have the following requested topics: > >... > > * Kylix, Python, Ruby, PHP > >... > > Jarrod, I did Kylix several months ago.
