Hi to all and Merry Chirstams and a Happy New Year  When you have a DX of Diabetic Insipidus with Chr consptiation with tx but no constipation problem seen would still code it as constipation like you would with the DX of dysphagia with diet tx or not? Also where  do you code a nephro tube in section p and h , neither , both or just p and just h. thanks nancy
