For the
last 4 months our quality indicator report shows an discrepancy in the
denominator for QI 13 weight loss, 14 tubefeeding and 15
dehydration. We have had one month where they were the
same. For example 76, 77,77 respectively. The denominator is
all residents with a completed MDS excluding admissions. If
anyone has any idea why this may be happening or having similar
problems let's hear it.
