On a similar note, a while ago I noticed discrepancies between the "Assessment Summary" reports and the "Data Submission Summary" reports. I contacted our state RAI coordinator, who replied as follows: "I got a reply from the Iowa Foundation regarding the inaccuracies between the reports. Both reports are the least used and the CMS contractor has not corrected the error(s) as yet." I found this interesting---- Winona
