I am having problems with the the quality indicator report also. I have placed 2 calls into CMS for clarification and have not gotten any response. What I have found is that the numbers on the Facility Quality Indicator Profile do not match what is on the Resident Level Quality Indicator Summary. I dont know what is going on.
