This was my original thought but then I coded a 1/2 because physical assist only occurred once as in the definition of supervision. However are the 8/8's considered as 4's in which case a 3/2 would be appropriate. As you can see this is why I am confused & to top it off our UMR team said it should be 8/8 because the activity didn't occur 3 times. Thanks again. More opinions would be helpful. I think the current guidelines don't really address this situation clearly.
