If there were at least three 2/2's charted throughout the timeframe, I would code it as a 2/2 or limited assistance of one person.  If there was only one 2/2 charted the entire timeframe with 8/8's charted all other times, I would code it as a 0/2.

I would definately code this as 2,2. You can't code 3,2 because weight bearing support was not ever provided. 2,2 would be most reflective of the level of assistance needed.
