Subject: IV FLUIDS
Res is receiving IV fluids but is not eating or receiving nutrition via
other method. does not eat is npo Per the RAI manual it has TPN and tube
feeding for examples but it also has eating and drinking under this
category.
Would you code this 4/2 which is what I started with and then give it a
second thought
or code 8/8?
Thanks in advance
