I'm paid more than the floor nurses; however, I've been here 15 years, with
10 of them doing MDS's.
We are a life care facility with 50 beds Medicare certified and 16 assisted
living residents. Our beds are almost always full but medicare patients run
only 2-3 at one time.
I am the only full time coordinator and in the process of training a
helper.
