You do need
to do a 60 day assessment but in this case I could use grace days &
combine it with the OMRA, doing only 1 assessment. If her last day of
therapy is 4/9, her OMRA would need to be done between 4/17 & 4/19 &
using grace days you could set the OMRA out to day 4/19 if you wanted to.
The pay rate would change on day 61.
