Oh, the reason I just had to answer you is that you are from Grand Forks, ND. My
siblings and Mom and Dad are from there, I'm the first child born in Detroit. My
father's last name was Tibiatowski and my mother was Cetnor. I have ALL kinds of
cousins there, Riske's, Budzeak's, Gostanczik's, etc. etc. etc. Who knows, maybe we're
related!

As soon as you discover a missed assessment, something must be done.Did you do a
quarterly in Sept and it should have been an Annual? A record is not valid if the
reason for assessment is not correct. You need to Inactivate the assessment in error
and submit the correct one.

What do you do if you completely missed an annual assessment with raps?
The resident is due for a quarterly now and I just noticed that he
should have had an annual back in sept. He had a lot of ins and outs of
the hospital and quarterly assessments were done but in Sept and Dec
and in Sept he should have had an annual assessment to keep on track.
Do I just do it now and do it late. Its been more than 30 days so I
cannot back track correct????
