The same thing happened to me!  I did a quarterly in Feb. when I should have
done an annual; but my State RAI Coordinator told me to do a significant
change assessment now in place of the annual I was going to do.  I'm in SD.
You can't change the reason for assessment and think to do a significant
correction so the quarterly you did in September can't be undone or
replaced.  Mine will be late but what I will get is a warning.  CW.
