Hi Richard and good to hear from you. My first onc made me have transfusions if my hemg was 8 or below. I take some iron once in a while but my hemg went up to 14.1 on my last test. I had added some nuts and seeds to my diet as snacks. I added pumpkin seed sunflower seeds walnuts and peanuts. I wonder if this upped my hemg? Keep us updated. I go to Moffitt next week.
