All plans have different out of pocket and other expenses. Once you go through medicares donut hole you pay very little for drugs. With the high cost of tkis you meet this with your first tki of the year. I pay no monthly premium with Humana but this depends on what you choose. When you get ready call Humana to find out exactly what plan you need. Or any other insurance carrier you choose. I had united with AARP at one time and was happy with them also. Medicare will help you with this choice also. Good luck.
