Hi all,

I just wanted to thank everyone who replied to this thread. I presented
my information this past week and walked out with half of what I wanted.
All in all, I'm happy since I could have walked out with nothing.

Thanks to those who espoused workflows: the explanation of workflows
caused a manager to say, "Hmmm...maybe we need to codify our processes
first...".

Thanks again.

I don't agree at all. In fact a good CMS can help you get rid of
processes,
by letting you do things rather "helter skelter" but since all the data
is
collected centrally and structured, you can pick up and go from whatever
the
current state is.
