Thanks also to the others who posted. I guess my shortlist is now: * Drupal - seems to have modules to do everything I want, but I'm a little daunted by the complexity. * Expression engine - looks sweet, the proprietary aspect is a downside. I've posted some questions on the forums, and will see how quick/helpful the responses are. * Silverstripe - I like the MVC framework, and the backend interface is nice. I'm a little worried about how it will handle large amounts of content - we have an archive of roughly 10,000 posts to add, and I expect our writers to add 3 - 4 posts a day to the system. How does the back end handle this kind of volume? * Textpattern - I don't really know anything about this - looking forward to investigating. Thanks again for your suggestions.
