Martin,

I have a similar - but not identical set up - and managed to spend
over 300 consecutive nights on board with less than 10 of those hooked
to shore power.

If you get a good balance on each of your generation, consumption, and
storage, you can do pretty well at keeping the big yellow cord stored
deep in the lazarette.
