Well, I sticked to this option for now because it's the simplest. Just
a path.replace("\\", "/").
I commited this small hack with a FIXME indicated and also commited my
fairly small change to stamp.py to change the atlas loading time.
riq, please see if the ordering bug still happens now that only one
atlas is created.
