Thanks for the detailed report and root-cause analysis. Since you mention you have already implemented and verified a fix locally on 2.3.13, would you be willing to open a PR adding the stopOffset check to MySqlBinlogFetchTask? Please also include an e2e/IT case covering stop.mode = "specific" so this regression cannot recur. Please verify whether the same gap exists in other CDC connectors that share the incremental fetch task pattern (e.g., PostgreSQL/SQLServer/Oracle CDC), so the fix can be applied consistently or tracked in follow-up issues.
