Since you already have a fix verified locally on the 2.3.13 branch, please open a pull request against the dev branch referencing this issue — the maintainers can review it there. This appears to be a valid duplicate of #6789 and #7400 that was never fixed before those issues were auto-closed; linking them here so the history is preserved and the stale bot context is clear.
