Agreed on all three points, @SEZ9 — thanks for laying the remaining asks out so clearly, and thanks @loustler for keeping the split well-scoped. Just to restate for the record: my approval on `5799a570` was for the pre-split head, which still carried the `seatunnel-shade` pom changes and the `seatunnel-hadoop3-3.1.4-uber` -> `seatunnel-hadoop3-3.4.3-uber` rename, so it doesn't carry over once the shade half moves out to apache/seatunnel-shade#20 and this PR rebases on top of #9993. I'll do a fresh full review once that rebase lands with the `3.4.3-3.0.0` shade artifacts published and the S3A/Hive/OssFile v1-to-v2 migration note in place — no need to ping twice, I'm tracking this one.
