Hi, I would like to request a narrow `connector-cdc-db2` Source validation slice for future work. On current `dev` (`25bcc53f`), `Db2IncrementalSourceFactory.optionRule()` requires `url` for presence but does not reject an explicitly empty or whitespace-only value. The tracker lists this connector as Todo, and I did not find an open PR for this specific rule. I propose adding only `Conditions.notBlank(URL)` to the existing required option and extending `Db2IncrementalSourceFactoryTest` with direct `ConfigValidator` cases for a valid URL, missing URL, empty URL, whitespace-only URL, and a padded nonblank URL accepted unchanged. I will leave JDBC URL parsing, table selection, startup/stop rules, credentials, connection behavior, and runtime checks untouched, and check the connector docs for consistency.
