Hi, I'd like to claim a narrow `connector-cdc-sqlserver` Source validation slice. On current `dev`, `SqlServerIncrementalSourceFactory.optionRule()` requires `url` for presence but has no nonblank constraint. Proposed scope: - Add `Conditions.notBlank(URL)` to the existing required option. - Add factory validation tests for valid, missing, empty, whitespace-only, padded nonblank values, and existing fallback-key behavior. - Update the EN/ZH source documentation. I will preserve existing option contracts, defaults, startup/stop rules, and runtime URL parsing and connection behavior. I found no open PR implementing this constraint and will coordinate with related changes in #11162 and #12570. Could you confirm availability and scope? Once confirmed, I will submit one focused PR against `dev`. My previous validation contributions were merged in #11504 and #12222.
