Yes. Especially since said employee probably would have been terminated for such foolishness. The texture isn't an absolute giveaway; the genuine clear CC on Ballchai's site has a bit of texture to it, as does the prototype clear SE. But they certainly don't have the same level of texture as, say, a production Mac would.
