For Mac OS X, it may well work out of the box, using Print Centre.  Mac 
OS X drivers for HP lasers are on the HP web site. Very simple process; 
so simple that it worked first time, so I forget the details, but ISTR 
that X just 'sees' the printer on the network if it's powered up.
