I tried to sell one of those on eBay recently (the one that was installed in
my SE/30 when I got it), and I think I understand why they're cheap and
unwanted: not only do you then have to find a compatible external monitor,
but perhaps more fundamentally, you lose the simplicity of an all-in-one
computer. Isn't part of the mystique of the compact Mac the way it's
self-contained and unassuming?
