The back screws of the SE/30 are the same used on all the B/W compacts (from
the 128 to the Classic II). They are of two kinds. The two that go under the
handle are made of zinc, and their Apple part number is 426-1007. The other
two, the ones that go in the bottom of the rear of the computer, under the
ports, are black, and their p/n is 435-5002. Both types are simmilar in form
and size, with Torx-15 heads, but the zinc ones have a wider thread pitch
(they grip on plastic, where the black ones go on the metal chassis).

Or as Chris Lawson wrote in the Colour Classic Forum last year:

The screws are 14 thread-per-inch, #8 x .75", "sheet metal screws" with an 8 mm-diameter head. Any decent hardware store (try your local mom-and-pop place first because Home Depot and the like don't normally have the breadth of selection or knowledge that smaller places do) should be able to get you a replacement close enough to work fine with these specs.

You may want to get a slightly shorter size to account for the pointed end, or you can get the .75" and trim the ends flat with a hacksaw or file. If you can find machine screws with the right spec then you can avoid the trimming of the pointy end.
