Don't forget to "bless" the system on your floppies. I did this in Terminal. I am not sure if the "old-fashioned" way - double-clicking the system folder - does work under OS X.
How do you do it with terminal, please?
Hi!
I confused some things late at night. After further investigation I have to come to the conclusion that you cannot bless with the commands I outlined.
With OS 9 it works, but not with such old systems as system 7. Some rather complicated circumstances really lead me to believe what I did worked when I "did" it.
I am really sorry, hope you did not yet try it.
You could of course bless it with an old mac.
Under system 7 you would open the system folder and double-click on the "System" file to bless it.

Niels
