When building a joseki database, there is a caveat which may not be obvious to
kyu-level players:

Some joseki sequences depend upon ladder relationships.

When the ladder succeeds, the joseki move may be brilliant. When the ladder
fails, the same sequence leads to disaster.

Smart opponents will pick the sequence which leads to disaster for you, if you
give them a chance.

MCTS may not detect such sequences, since they often require very precise order
of play.
