To fix your video problem, you are going to have to get the latest drivers for your video card. An easy program to use to determine your video card specs is: siw.exe You can find this at: http://www.gtopala.com/siw-download.html Download the stand-alone version. After opening siw, you'll see Video on the left. Click on that. The display adapter heading on the left will tell you what kind of video card you have. Post us exactly what it says and we'll help you find the right driver. For your anti-virus, you'll have to tell me more about which operating system you are running. Luckily you can use siw for this also... Within the program, you'll see on the left Operating System. Click on that. On the left you'll see a heading: Name This will tell you the Operating system you have. Post that and we'll help you with your anti-virus.
