Hi Matt,

All I can say is I must have done something wrong to get the 3
choices.  I still don't know why you said I would have to verify the
32bit.   Anyway it's not accepting downloads now.  As far as the
getting too much screen, I still don't know if that's a problem or if
that's just what the new XP-14 offers, and could be stuck with.  I
might go with that Avast for awhile as I just ran into some unforseen
brake probs in the vehicle.  I am not sure about a "remote session" as
I see your in business.  Sure would have some questions in the future
in that regard, like if you could speed my Edsel up, and so forth.
Anyway, I don't know what "remote" even means, and may be making my
computer knowledge transparentable.   I do see I should get untangled
from Norton and possible PC Tool before I do anything.  Norton keeps
sending me popups to see if I want their Phishing and so forth.  I
guess that's just another thing than being under them.
