Hi, First I would like to say on the first link I did find 'Video'
under the Hardware section but there was nothing that was to the left
after clicking on. There were three things that popped down below it
like Monitor e.g.

I believe I have the XP Media Center (it's on my monitor screen
live). This might be the upgrade the service guy gave me as I believe
that I had a XP Professional prior, but can't be absolutely sure.
Anyway, when I put XP MC into the equation I get three choices. The
last choice was for Developers which I suppose rules me out, but
couldn't figure out the other two for a good choice.

I also would like to know if I get that far, and choose a Avast or
AVG, that they could run concurrently with the Norton 360 until I make
a decision. Or would I have to make that beforehand?

TY, CJ
