You will have to uninstall Nortons and install a new anti-virus.  It's
not recommended to run 2 or more anti-virus programs concurrently.

 I'm not too sure about what you mean here:

The link I provided for you for the drivers will get you were you need
to be.  Download that and install it, then reboot.  Let me know if
that helps.
