Nortons and XP are okay but if you only have a trial version, you'll want to move to a more permanant solution. I'd suggest using Avast or AVG as they both offer great products that are FREE. As for your video, I think we should start with upgrading your drivers. Here's a link to download the drivers that you need.

I'm assuming you are running that but then again, you'll need to VERIFY that. After installing the drivers and rebooting, let us know if that fixes it.
