Just use a can of compressed air, and you can hook a vacuum up, just hold the vacuum while you slowly blow the dust with the canned air into the vacuum hose, this prevents any static from getting into the computer, if the dust is thick enough to be on the boards and such I would just leave it alone, otherwise they make special Q-tip type rods and cleaner for this purpose.
A 600W PSU isn't bad, what brand?
