Three years ago they dug up Farragut Square. They even broke up all the concrete sidewalks that criss-cross the park. Then they poured new concrete where the old concrete had been. The old concrete had been fine. The new concrete looked no better. It was actually a bit worse as the new contractor had little skill. They put down sod. They didn't water it. It died.
